Day 3 of Energize 2023 picked up where Day 2 left off as the theme of automating processes for both ANB and their clients is rapidly becoming a reality. Where Day 2 set the stage for the new developments ahead, today’s presentations focused on how AI and new automated processes are being coupled with today’s ANB’s products. ANBites actively brainstormed how these innovative approaches can be built in as new features in ANB products.
The day began with an inspiring discussion of real-world applications of AI and how it is being used today in the energy and health care sectors. The conversations then moved to using automation in data load jobs and in ANB’s mobile applications that promise to simplify operations. As machine learning is a key feature of AI, human learning is just as critical as new innovations are brought to reality. The ANB Academy is also being expanded to include client users. ANBassit, the new issue tracking tool, is in the process of being expanded to help clients with user questions and later this year will be released with an AI based Chatbot. Automation is even making its way into ANB’s security where automatic playbooks look for potential intrusions or invalid users.
Interest and enthusiasm continue as ANBites are preparing for Energize Day 4 with new discussions on the topics of blockchain, automated error detection and other process automations. ANB teams are eagerly waiting to hear about new the breakthroughs their colleagues have achieved. Energize 2023 is meeting its goal of energizing the teams for the year ahead.
