Digitized Tracking Process - How it works?
1. Application Submission
Customers submit their rebate application along with the necessary documents in our custom portal form.
2. Eligibility Check
In eTRACK+, program administrator checks the application and corresponding documents, and either approves it or notifies the customer for more information.
3. Approval Notification
Upon approval, the administrator moves the application to the payment process and notifies the customer about the eligible rebate and expected payment date.
The customer account is credited with the rebate through the dedicated payment gateway integrated into eTRACK+.
