ANBites continued into Energize 2023 with excitement and anticipation. Day 1 started with presentations outlining ANB’s road ahead in 2023 by focusing on last year’s achievements and highlighting new breakthroughs in ANB products for the coming year. Day 2 presentations built on the conference theme of the “Paving the way towards Zero-touch Automation.”
Zero-touch automation can apply to both internal ANB work processes as well as those of their clients. The day’s talks began with a discussion on the uses of Open AI[1], its use to simplify and streamline routine processes and how it will be built into ANB products. The concept of using automation moved into a look into the future of software engineering, which will assist in developing new products and services. Other talks focused on how DevOPs[2] are transitioning to NoOps through automated processes that eliminate repetitive and manual procedures. The final talk of the day gave insights into the use of cognitive QA and how innovations can make testing quicker and simpler. The day concluded with the CTO[3] fielding rapid-fire questions from ANBites on his insights into products and new improvements.
Enthusiasm builds as we move into Day 3 with more thought-provoking presentations on many topics, including today’s uses of AI, zero-touch mobile automation, and ANB’s learning strategy. Key learnings the team took away today were that application downtime creates a spiral of increased manual workload and how these new DevOps tools set the stage for improved client satisfaction. With these new innovations, it is easy to envision a future where systems respond to voice or very simple text commands.
