ANB Systems kicked off the new year with Energize 2022 – the company’s annual internal conference. The goal is to provide the ANB Team (ANBites) both in the U.S. and India a look back at a successful 2021 and prepare for the challenges of 2022 while preparing the way for exponentially scaling up this year. The Energize conference is an innovative format that came about as a response to the pandemic, which has prevented ANB from holding its regular annual conference. Like Energize 2021, talks are presented in Deep Dive and Lightning Talks formats. These talks will spread knowledge across all ANB teams, break down communication barriers, build soft skills, and encourage innovation.
The theme for the first day focused on Process. Abhishek Balakrishnan, President, and CTO provided the Welcoming Note where he outlined ANB’s vision for the next year. He noted that ANB’s business is in the automation of work processes and that our goals will be met by an eight-step approach that not only targets client success but success for ANBites. Other ANBites then made presentations that provided attendees background briefings on Roadmap to scale up implementations, the state of the SaaS industry, implementation frameworks, data science, support processes, and user experience fundamentals. The presentations were energetic and highly interactive. ANBites voted that the “Roadmap”presentation was the best of the day.
Day 2 discussions will move into the Product and Domain space where Deep Dives will explore the eTRACK+ Roadmap for 2022, toolkit functions, and two sessions on solutioning where one will present a case study on an energy efficiency program. Over the next five days, ANBites will be preparing the organization for the challenges of the new year by incorporating the vision of continuous learning, increased collaboration, and dynamic execution. The conference will conclude on the sixth day with a guest presentation by one of ANB’s erstwhile clients.
