Technical Lead - Full Stack
We are looking for a Technical Lead – Full Stack with 5+ years of experience to lead the product team and produce scalable software solutions. As the technical lead, oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop the work schedules. It would be best if you were comfortable with front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.
Responsibilities
- Write technical documentation as per business requirements from the business analysis.
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design and good user interface using Vue.js, Vue store management, and Nuxt.js.
- You should be comfortable working with third-party plugins and libraries.

- Developing back-end microservices using Node.js
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications using MongoDB.
- Familiar with GitLab commands.
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Familiar with code review, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Should be aware of security and data protection
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
- Delegating the sprint tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science.
- Strong leadership, organizational abilities, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, Nuxt.js
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Node.js
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent verbal communication and motivational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to build professional relationships with team members, project managers, stakeholders, and clients
