S. Rajaram, VP Operations
S. Rajaram has sixteen years of experience ranging from developer to project management and IT Controllership. S. Rajaram is proficient with software development, package implementation, offshore operations, vendor management, compliance and controllership, and budgeting. Raja is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Project Management Institute Certified PMP. He held positions within Covance, GE, Bearing Point, KPMG, PowerCerv and SRC Systems.

Raja received his Master of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University, Villanova, PA and a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics from the University of Madras, Chennai, India. He resides in Chester Springs, PA with his wife and son.

Dilip R. Limaye, Member, Advisory Board
Mr. Limaye is a Senior Advisor on Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and Sustainable Energy to the World Bank and has recently worked on Bank Projects related to energy sustainable development and climate change in India , South Africa , Brazil , Vietnam , Sri Lanka , Uganda , and Rwanda . He is also operating through SRC Global Inc. as an independent consultant on international projects, specializing in energy policy, energy industry restructuring, energy efficiency, renewable energy, integrated resource planning (IRP), demand-side management (DSM), and distributed generation/combined heat and power (DG/CHP). With over 35 years of experience in domestic and international consulting and advisory services, Mr. Limaye is internationally recognized as a pioneer and an expert in the methods, techniques, and implementation of EE/DSM, IRP, DG/CHP, and electricity market reforms and restructuring.

He is also well-known as an international innovator and entrepreneur, having launched energy services companies (ESCOs) in India , Australia and Sri Lanka , and a solar energy integrator company in India .

R. Nick Cioll, Member, ANB Advisory Board
Mr. Cioll is a seasoned executive with 25 years in the energy and commodities industries with extensive experience in retail, wholesale, and trading of electricity and natural gas including retail and retailing and trading as well as building plant and green energy. Mr. Cioll has been a CFO and the Chief Risk Officer for divisions of Fortune 500 companies and three successful smaller companies for a total of 20 years. During his career he has led all aspects for finance including leading mergers and acquisitions at four companies with over fifteen successful mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures totaling over $3 billion in value. He has also completed over twelve stock and bond financings totaling $3.5 billion including completing three successful IPOs. Finally, Mr. Cioll has a B.S. in Economics, an MBA in Finance, and the completion of a master’s program in financial economics, all from Louisiana State University schools, and became a CPA in 1993.

John A. Moore, Member ANB Advisory Board
Mr. Moore is a veteran of the energy marketplace with over 40 years of experience serving the electric and gas utility industries. He has directed strategic, management, financial, policy, and economic consulting services to the energy industry during periods of considerable change. Mr. Moore maintains a strong working knowledge of the SSP, ERCOT and eastern SERC marketplaces as a result of directing a wide range of market analyses involving asset valuations, generation interconnection studies, and power supply sale and procurement assignments. He has participated in industry work groups developing new industry guidelines to be used by regulatory authorities to facilitate the open marketplace. Mr. Moore served as co-chairman to the Synchronous Interconnect Committee, a work group assembled to advise the Texas Legislature on ERCOT and the SSP. Additionally, he has regularly contributed to ERCOT Working Groups evaluating a complex set of issues associated with long-term market and transmission system adequacy resulting from changes in transmission ratemaking and planning. Mr. Moore is a Founder and Principal of Stratus Energy Group, LLC. and he is a current member of the Gulf Coast Power Association Board.
