ANB systems is one of the leading providers of Energy Efficiency Tracking systems. Our online system for implementing and managing programs, eTrack, has been built through deep
experience of developing and deploying such applications at small, medium, and large utilities. The tracking system helps utilities, implementers, contractors, and customers design, deploy, enroll,
manage, inspect, and finally to fulfill payments and rebates online.
eTrack has been developed keeping in mind that each utility and implementer, design and run their program in a unique manner based on various regulatory, budgetary constraints and savings goals. We have realized that no one solution will fit everyone’s need. To tackle this, our system is built on an open architecture that lends itself very well to customizations. Our software platforms are based on industry
standards that help to lower licensing costs and provide greater flexibility.

One of the unique features of eTrack is the ability for utilities to configure measures as they see fit, either as prescriptive or custom. The prescriptive measures can be configured either as formula based or lookup based. These measures can also be configured as time bound, so different savings models as well as savings values can be assigned for different program years. eTrack also provides the ability for utilities to conduct duplicate measure checks and avoid the same measure to be counted or paid for twice. This is also configurable such that some measures are allowed to be installed more than others by setting up validations and thresholds. This feature extends the capability of the system to be used as a standalone measure database as well as provides an incredible amount of reusability.
eTrack is built keeping in mind that integration with third party systems is essential for utilities to manage their entire program life cycle. Our open architecture lets the application integrate with utility CIS systems, for customer validations and consumption data. The implementers and service providers can either login and capture project data or use the file based integration method to upload data into the tracking system. The system also provides interfaces that help it integrate with financial systems through file transfers or batch uploads.
Finally eTrack provides a set of customized dashboards and reports that help utility executives, program managers and implementers manage progress against goals for energy and demand savings and dollar spent. The reporting module provides users of the system an ad-hoc capability that extends the canned reports to custom reports capability. |
