ANB Systems has established a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Chennai, India. The CoE's mandate is to meet ANB's development, deployment, maintenance and support requirements for software built to ANB's specifications.

The ANB Center of Excellence was conceived to offer our clients the flexibility, cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency of managing their technology initiatives using a "best-shore" model. This all important tool has become indispensible in staying competitive in the fast-paced and ever evolving technology space.

The CoE serves to centralize resources, standardize processes, share strategic knowledge, and more importantly, put in place a roadmap to sustain and develop operational excellence. It puts together the lessons learnt and knowledge gained from past experience and creates 'accelerators' to improve quality, shorten timelines, reduce costs, and bring in more value to the customers. The Center is staffed with seasoned Project Managers who have gained expertise in the best practices, industry domain knowledge, methodologies, and project management techniques.
